ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you had the link to Field's book. I just ordered a used one from Amazon. I recently made a pizza-like focaccia. It was very good, but I prefer the REAL thing.
ReplyDeletei liked the recipe but it didnt turn out as you forgot to add the amount of salt required in the "dough" part. therefore the result tasted a little bland. if possible it would be great to know the full recipe
