I'm so glad you had the link to Field's book. I just ordered a used one from Amazon. I recently made a pizza-like focaccia. It was very good, but I prefer the REAL thing.
i liked the recipe but it didnt turn out as you forgot to add the amount of salt required in the "dough" part. therefore the result tasted a little bland. if possible it would be great to know the full recipe
