My pizza night is Friday night, and like you, I love that I have at least one night where I don't have to be that creative!

My husband adores Italian olives, I sadly, am only Italian by marriage! :D

Hope you and your family have a great holiday weekend!

  3. Quattro stagione pizza is a problem - which slice to eat? or maybe four slices to sample everything? yes, that sounds about right. your version looks yummy.

  5. Your pizza looks yummy and is similar to the type I make. I love experimenting with toppings like a white pizza with goat cheese, mozzarella and artichokes, but I always have to make a margherita for my fussy youngest. What a good idea to have him make his own!

  6. Your pizza looks delicious. I love the variety. What a great combination of flavors. I will definitely make this in my Kitchen Aid, now that I know how to use the dough hook! Thanks for the lesson on pasta and doughs in general.

  11. What can beat homemade pizza! Artichokes and Kalamata olives and spinach and roasted red peppers....oh, the choices for toppings are endless. Yours looks incredibly good.

Glad I found your blog, because I just ordered this from an italian restaurant in queens, ny and after we got home we thought the pie was a bit dry...it didn't have sauce on it. and i had no idea that stagioni meant seasons. it just had the 4 ingredients scattered over it. i called them 10 seconds after the first bite and the owner told me that it's not supposed to have sauce...i'm pretty sure he doesn't know what he's talking about. your quattro stagioni looks amazing!!!!!!!
