Pasta with Roasted Beets, Beet Greens and Pine Nuts

this was amazing good. i was searching for a way to prepare beet greens and this was it. delicious combination that would have never occurred to me had i not seen this. used orecchiette pasta and added some hot red pepper. will make this again and again. thanks for the inspiration!
